Giveaway: The Vintage Mitten

Happy Monday morning, love birds!
You may remember that last week I got a special something in the mail...

A super unique, envelope journal from The Vintage Mitten!

I'm having so much fun filling mine with special family notes.
What a great way to store keepsakes!

There just might be a special something up for grabs, but first,
let's meet Aimey, the creator and crafter behind The Vintage Mitten.

"Hi Alexandra Rose readers!  My name is Aimey Harvison and I am a craft-making, dog-loving, coffee-drinking, third-grade-teaching Texas gal.  This will be my fourth year teaching third grade and while I love my job, my real passion is for all things artsy.  Home decor, scrapbooking and cake decorating are just some of the things I have dabbled in.  I am relatively new to the Etsy scene and look forward to growing my business.  Most recently I have begun making pocket journals which are wonderful little keepsake albums designed to help create and preserve memories.  These pocket journals are ideal gifts for graduations, weddings, baby showers, etc. I would love for you to take the time to visit my facebook page and Etsy shop!"
Here are just a few of the items you'll find over at

What a creative girl, huh?

And, because Aimey is super sweet, she's giving you all the chance to
win an Envelope Journal!

I love finding new blogs to stalk follow?
Well I found yet another super fantastic blog

Great, now that we have that all out in the open,
lets get to know Lauren!

Lauren is married to, you guessed it, Andy gross
They have a super sweet blonde haired little boy,
{which basically makes us soul sisters right there, right?}
and in between being a wife and mommy and teaching 2nd grade,
Lauren manages to find time for crafting, cooking watching quality reality TV
and, has her own photography company {sugarland photography}!

Check out her amazing photos here

I adore the honesty in which Lauren writes,
and get so excited each time she writes a new post.

Have you checked out my new sponsor?!
You may have seen her button over there ---->
on the right side of my blog,
but for those of you who haven't,
let me formally introduce you to
Emily {and her hubby}

{isn't she super adorable?!}

She is a wife and mommy to two adorable little boys
{only slightly outnumbered}

Want to know a few funny facts about Emily?
{rhetorical question...of course you do!}

In high school I dressed like I was from the 40s and 50s...
I even had AWESOME cat shoes. Which I still  have... they kinda embarrass my hubby, so I don't wear them in public. ;)
{awwwwe, she's so considerate :)}
I LOVEEE vintage
I love polka dots, cotton candy, and cheesecake
I grew up on old movies and have been in love with Cary Grant for as long as I can remember

{I know, I told you she was awesome!}
In addition to all of that, Emily has always had her own style.
she started creating accessories for herself,
which eventually led to her creating her very own shop
where you too can get in on these amazing creations!

check out her super cute, adorable and affordable shop for these items:

This gorgeous ruffle skirt
{perfect for a day at the office or a night on the town}

Some ruffled baby bloomers
{I'm already obsessed with ruffles, but this little tush is too cute!}

Vintage sweater clips
{I'm loving this touch of antique class!}

Absolutely adorable lace leggings
{I didn't think it was possible for chunky baby legs to get any cuter!}

And vintage inspired jewelry!
{I'm loving these vintage rose earrings}

If that wasn't enough to get you drooling,
